Hi Everyone,

I am based in northeast England and love meeting people and learning about their lives - a necessity in the role of a Celebrant. 

 

​I admit there are times when I enjoy my own company, but being surrounded by a loving family and good friends allows plenty of socialising, often over a coffee or a G&T (or two) with a splash of humour mixed in. ​

 

Working for over 35 years in the public sector brought me into contact with many people from various backgrounds, which taught me an extensive skill set, including public speaking and managing situations that can overwhelm many.

 

To invite a stranger into your life and disclose personal information takes trust that they will fulfill the role on a momentous occasion such as a wedding or a funeral.  The journey before the event is as important as the day itself, so open and honest discussions throughout are vital for that trust to grow.

With me as your chosen Celebrant, you will have my commitment and professionalism from the minute you make contact, as to be asked to conduct such a role for a ceremony is a privilege and an honour.
