Why I Do What I Do
I believe life’s most important moments deserve to be marked in meaningful, personal ways. That belief inspired me to become an independent celebrant, someone who can truly honour individuality, emotion, and story.
Celebrant Ceremonies
Before becoming a celebrant, I worked in a role where listening carefully, asking the right questions, and piecing together complex stories were my everyday.
A role that demanded empathy, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of lifestyles. These are the same qualities I now bring to every ceremony I create.
A Passion for People & Their Stories
Establishing facts, creating eulogies and sharing stories that honour life and love.
A Change of Direction with Heart
After years in a profession built around solving problems, I wanted something more personal and creative, something that celebrates life in all its richness. Becoming a celebrant was that turning point.
Calm, Caring & Capable
I’m often told I bring a sense of peace to emotionally charged moments. I’ll hold the space for youm whether that’s celebrating love or saying goodbye.
Organised & Detail-Oriented
From schedules and scripts to ceremony flow and logistics, I handle the detail so you can stay present.
Sincere & Warm
No scripts from templates. No generic words. Every sentence is bespoke, written for you, about you, and with you.
The Meaning Behind HoneyBee Ceremonies
Honeybees are symbols of community, resilience and life. They work with gentle purpose and quiet strength, much like the ceremonies I create.
Telling the bees is a Western European tradition in which bees are told of important events, including deaths, births, marriages and departures and returns in the keeper's household... therefore, it just seemed the perfect fit!
