I write eulogies that show the meaning of the dash and its relevance to a loved one's life. At such a challenging time for a family, entrusting a Celebrant, a stranger, can be difficult. I will contact you within 24 hours of receiving instructions and make arrangements to visit you at a suitable location of your choice. There, I will explain the role of the Celebrant and gather information from you. It is vitally important to keep in touch with the family throughout, build trust, and gain factually correct details to write a heartfelt eulogy that I will deliver on the day in a style that captures the essence of their loved one. So, I may be a stranger when I enter your life, although I aim to understand the person you have lost as though having known them in person, to deliver their eulogy with dignity and compassion.
